Some infopackages fail with the Brain 094 error message 'Generation of Master Data Routine blocked for characteristic'.
Solution:
This error can be solved by just activating the master data routine. In Rsa1 search for the info object, open it. Click on menu bar and search for Master Data Routine option. Once you reach the code click on activate button.
Once this routine is activated the failed loads can be restarted.
